Hello! My name is Kristi Young and I'm a Christian, certified professional life coach, author, speaker, and a fellow sojourner on this wild, beautiful, challenging path of life. I am so grateful for this opportunity to connect with you!

I love nature, reading, adventure, staying active, and having a great conversation over a cup of coffee! I have a passion for growing - mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I believe life is an ongoing opportunity to discover who we were each created to be and the unique purposes we were each created to achieve.

About Life Coaching

A life coach is not a therapist, consultant, or a mentor.

Rather, a life coach creates a positive and empowering space for clients to create the future they aspire to.  As your life coach, I will ask thought-provoking questions to help you identify areas of unrest or dissatisfaction, understand your desires and goals, and help you set actionable steps for achieving those goals. I will provide you with accountability and support as you progress toward your identified goals.

I believe two of the most powerful things a person can offer are undivided attention and unconditional positive regard. As your life coach, I offer you both. By creating a sacred space for you to be seen, heard, and known, you will have the opportunity to explore your thoughts, mindset, dreams, and goals. You can discover that you have the power to change and grow in ways you may have never thought possible, and through that transformation you can discover a more abundant life!
